What tenants can expect from Deer Creek and Ocean Club Rentals

Finding the Perfect Vacation Rental

Once you email our staff with the dates and size of the property you need for your vacation; we will email you back the properties that fit your criteria with links to view each one.

After you select the property that you would like to rent, we will email you a comprehensive quote for the dates requested for that particular unit.

Rental rates vary depending on size and location of each unit. All rentals less than 6 months are subject to a “bed tax”.   (This is a 7% State Tax and a 6% County Tax)

The owners of our properties collect a refundable damage deposit for each rental. This amount also varies depending on the unit and is kept in our Rental Escrow account until after your departure.

To allow our tenants to enjoy their last evening and morning on vacation, we have our housekeeping staff clean the property after your departure. There is a charge for the departure cleaning. Again the amount will vary depending on the property.

Once we have found the perfect place for you and your family…

We will email you a Reservation Agreement, in this email will be information regarding payment options and timeframes for payments. Units will be “held” for up to 14 days to allow for mailing of initial deposits. If a deposit is not received within that time and other provisions have not been made, the rental will become available for rent again.

50% of the total rental amount is required to hold the rentals. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We will send you copies of all Payment Receipts once received and funds have cleared our account.

We will send out a Balance Payment due reminder approximately 45 days prior to arrival. As well as any applicable Tenant Information Form or Application for the Association where you will be staying.

Once we have received the final payment, we will email you information regarding Checking-In. Many of our condos are keyless entry, although some still have a key that will need to be picked up at our local office.

We will make arrangements to either meet you at the location of the rental, at our office, or (if you are arriving very late) we have a lockbox to pick up keys.

During your stay, we will be available to help with any issues or concerns with the property. We are also here to help you find local attractions and information about Deerfield Beach.

At the end of your stay we will do a walk thru of the condo after your departure. Once the condo has been cleared, we will return your damage deposit. If damage is found we will notify you with pictures of the damaged items or area, along with a quote for replacement or repair..
