No, you do not. The Deer Creek Golf Club is open to the public. It is easily the most challenging and beautiful public course in South Florida.

How big is Deer Creek?
Deer Creek is 588 beautiful acres which include a rolling, 72 par golf course, a tennis club, 60 acres of lakes and canals, a park, and various styled residential villages.

Can you rent your property out in Deer Creek?
Yes, you can, however, the rules for doing so vary from village to village. Please check with your Deer Creek Realtor for specific information. Is there a community pool at the golf club?
No, there is not. There is a pool at the tennis club, and there is a community pool at the Lakes of Deer Creek where they accept memberships from Deer Creek residents. Most of our villages have community pools of their own, or allow private pools. Check with your Deer Creek Realtor for details.

How far are you from the Beach?
Not very far! Three miles straight out Hillsboro Boulevard will put you on our award winning beach!

Does Deer Creek welcome all ages?
You betcha! Every village in Deer Creek is non-restrictive of age. Actually, we pride ourselves on our vibrant, active, and well diversified community!

Are pets allowed?
There is only one village in Deer Creek where pets are not allowed. Other than “The Palms”, Deer Creek is pet friendly. Rules regarding the size, or number of pets do vary so please contact your Deer Creek Realtor for specific information.

Is Deer Creek a gated community?
No, Deer Creek is not gated. However, one of our villages, Villa D’Este, is gated with a 24 hour guard. Furthermore, Deer Creek provides a roving daily police detail as is outlined in the Deer Creek documents. Chiefly, Deer Creek continues to have a stellar record as one of the safest communities in the county.

Does Deer Creek have a Homeowners’ Association?
Yes, we have a wonderful Master Association for all of Deer Creek. The Deer Creek Improvement Association (DCIA) works continuously to care for and improve Deer Creek common property. Besides everyday maintenance, DCIA also organizes holiday decorations and landscaping. Each individual village also has a Homeowner’s or Condominium Association depending on the type of residential product offered.
